Multiple Channel Playback

New multiple channel playback  enables up to four calls or channels to be replayed simultaneously. This will be useful for trading floors using multiple handsets or speakers as well as for ‘cradle-to-crave’ calls that have multiple transfers.

MynaVoice Release 6 automatically connects these separate calls and replays them in sequence as a single event. This will enhance call verification and compliance whilst delivering major improvements to the dispute resolution, training and quality monitoring processes.
