Open Recording Environment 

The MynaVoice Recording Solutions are reliable and future-proofed solutions to capture, manage and process all types of communications. These functions can be the hart of integrating the complete customer process using the CyberTech Open Recording Environment (CORE).

The MynaVoice Software Development Kits (SDK’s) allow Integration Partners and 3rd party applications to integrate closely with the MynaVoice recording aystem. The SDK’s can be used for capturing additional content, as well as controlling the MynaVoice recording aystem. This creates a truly open Recording Environment whereby many applications can fully use the advanced features of the Recording Solutions.

 

Application Programming Interface   Open Call Capture Interface

The Application Program Interface (API) can be used for adding or retrieving content from the CyberTech Recording System in a controlled way. Information that can be retrieved or stored is:

  • Stored Calls and Call Data
  • System Information
  • Start and Stop Recording Commands
 

The Open Call Control Interface (OCCI) can be used for adding content to the CyberTech Recording System in a controlled way. Additional content can consist of:

  • Audio, Video, Radio, and Data Sources
  • Call and Meta Data
  • Start and Stop Recording Commands

 

System Integrators

CyberTech already works with many System Integrators and Application Partners in integrating 3rd party applications with the MynaVoice Recording Solutions. Using the SDK’s, additional value added applications are offered to customers as part of a total suite of Customer Process applications.

By providing an open recording environment, CyberTech allows customers to select their best of breed choice for applications. Integrated with the CORE Recording System, customers can now integrate their complete process without any restrictions.
