Wittel announces strategic partnership with CyberTech International for Financial Markets in Brazil
Wittel and CyberTech join forces to offer voice recording solutions for the financial market in Brazil
São Paulo and Amsterdam, 20 OCTOBER 2010 – Wittel, a leading technology integrator for the corporate market, has formed a strategic partnership with CyberTech International. Wittel will offer the voice recording solutions of CyberTech for the financial sector in Brazil. This complements the offerings of solutions for the trading floor of its traditional partner, IPC Information Systems.
CyberTech is a recognised innovator of voice recording and monitoring applications that drive efficiencies in the capture, storage, retrieval and playback of voice, radio and data communications to support existing business processes. Working together with Wittel will enable both companies to provide advanced technology solutions for trader voice communications platforms as well as a single point of contact for better customer management and support.
The partnership evolved through the relationship between IPC and CyberTech.
